Stress: is a real or imagined threat and the body’s response to that threat. Stress interferes with our body’s ability to communicate optimally and ultimately affects our health in a negative manner
Psych-K® effectively scrambles and disassociates the person from the emotional attachment to stress, where the memory feels distant. It helps to create a state of peace, calm and non-attachment, meaning we can move through this area of life with greater clarity and ease and eventually move towards long term healing and permanent resolve.
Beliefs
We all run our lives according to a certain set of complex beliefs which are influencing what we see in reality. Nothing we experience comes into matter without it first being a thought. So, it’s important to understand that peoples’ beliefs are what they are assuming to be true based on the external experiences and internal perception.
Beliefs are not necessarily true or factual in the real world.
The power of each belief comes from the individual believer and the electrical and magnetic energy we put out into the world. Consequently, you can attract events, experiences and people in your life to match your beliefs.
For that reason, it is very important to adopt beliefs that serve you and let go of those beliefs that limit you. Beliefs can be very empowering, and they can be equally disempowering. Working at this level allows a person to easily redefine the print out of their reality. We can change and operate from an entirely different mindset and there is evidence to support this.
The difficulty is in knowing how to change those old limiting beliefs, perceptions and values into new, self-enhancing ones.
The conscious mind is creative and can learn in any number of ways, read a book, go online etc. and you will gain some awareness. But the subconscious does not learn that way.

How to identify if beliefs are working for you or against you
This is not a difficult as it might seem. All we need to do is look at areas of our life that run relatively smoothly and take less effort. These areas in suggest you have good supporting beliefs in place to promote smooth passage.
There a few key points to determine when beliefs are not working for us:
- Areas where we are constantly sabotaging our own results
- The parts of our lives we find continuously difficult
- Loops or patterns of behaviour that are on repeat throughout the life timeline.
